Please note due to sizing we are unable to add the Mukuru sleeve patch to size Small junior shirts.

Any items which have shirt printing or any other form of personalisation, this includes player personalisation, included in the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or delivered damaged.

If the item is deemed to be faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us of the fault and depending on the product, you will be instructed what to do next. Please send an image of the product along with your order number and issue to shop@cpfc.co.uk where a member of the team will review and get back to you.

A refund or exchange cannot be given if a player leaves the club or their squad number changes for any personalisation products you may have bought.

Customers should note that sizing may vary slightly from previous seasons from replica kits. As personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged please ensure that you order the correct size.

    22/23 Home Infant Kit

    The home kit sees the return of the club’s trademark red and blue stripes but in a modern graffiti-style design. Like the new away kit, it features the updated 1861 crest as a nod to Palace’s remarkable history.

    You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

    Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive the returned items and inspect them, if we accept the returned items a refund will be processed directly to the payment card the original order was placed with.

    Any products marked as 'Online-only' can only be refunded and not exchanged.
