UK Delivery
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery is then usually within 3 working days of dispatch.
International Delivery
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery is usually within 10 working days for Europe and 15 working days for the Rest of World.
Busy Periods
During peak periods, including kit launches, Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take longer to process and deliver.
Personalised Items
Orders containing personalised shirts or shorts may take up to 7 working days to be processed before dispatch.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available for dispatch. To receive available items sooner, please place separate orders.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned for a refund or size exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they are new, unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Personalised items, including shirt printing, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Socks and ear studs can only be returned if unopened. We do not accept returns on boxer shorts or gift cards.
Exchanges are subject to availability. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
