Pre-Order Information

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available for dispatch. This helps avoid multiple delivery charges.

All items on pre-order will be dispatched once in stock. Each item may have a different dispatch from date, please check individual items for more details (these will be added once available). From the stated dispatch date, please allow up to 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and despatched from the warehouse.

If you have ordered more than 1 pre-order item which have different dispatch dates, your order will be released from when the last item comes into stock (please check individual items for these dates). This will avoid multiple postage charges.

If you would like the in-stock items to arrive before the pre-order items please place 2 separate orders to ensure that these arrive in time.
