Click & Collect Information
Once you have placed your order, you will receive two emails from us:
- An order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received.
- A second email notifying you when your order is ready for collection. Please allow up to 3 working days from receiving your order confirmation email.
When you collect your order we require a copy of your order confirmation or ready for collection email/text and proof of ID.
Please collect your order within 30 days of receiving your collection confirmation email. Orders that are not collected within this period will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that for pre-order items, the 30-day collection period starts when your Ready for Collection email is sent, rather than when the order is placed.
On matchdays, Click & Collect orders can be collected from the Selhurst Park Stadium Store. Orders containing alcohol can only be collected from the Stadium Store after the match.
Click & Collect pick up available Monday to Saturday 9am until 5.30pm.
Click & Collect at the VBS Community Stadium is available on matchdays only. The deadline for Click & Collect is midnight, on the Wednesday prior to the Sunday fixture. Any order placed after this time will be cancelled and refunded.
Collections can take longer during busy seasons such as kit launch, Black Friday and Christmas. Please Note: During these busy periods, click and collect orders will need to be collected from our Click and Collect Point at Selhurst Park.
Please bring proof of ID upon collection.
Please Note: The click and collect option is not available on orders via PayPal.
Alcohol Collection Orders - Important Information
If you have ordered Alcohol via Click & Collect, the person collecting must be over the age of 18, have proof of age and consent from the person who placed the order. Under no circumstances will we allow alcohol to be collected without the above. Please note we also operate the Challenge 25 policy scheme.
