Black Friday - Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be dispatched. Tracking information will appear within 24 hours upon receiving a dispatch confirmation email.

Click & Collect -

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be picked and dispatched to the store. Once complete you shall receive a ‘ready for collection email’.

Delivery to the UK -

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be picked and dispatched. Royal Mail then aim to deliver your order within 5 working days from this date. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link to the 'Royal Mail Track & Trace' service, this will provide the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from dispatch date, and 'Royal Mail Track & Trace' is unable to provide a helpful status of your parcel, then please get in contact with us.


Delivery outside of the UK -

All orders to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Signed For. This service means a signature is required upon receiving your parcel. Delivery rates start at £12.00 (Europe) and £18.00 (ROW), the total delivery charge can be seen and calculated in the cart and checkout process.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be picked and dispatched, you should then receive your order within 10 working days for Europe orders and 15 working days for ROW orders from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched from the store you will receive a dispatch email confirming this, which will contain a link to the Royal Mail Track and Trace service where this will show the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within the outlined timescales above and Royal Mail Track and Trace is unable to provide a helpful status of the parcel, then please get in contact.

Delivery during busy periods -

Please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery during peak seasons such as Kit Launch, Black Friday and Christmas. 

Personalised Shirts -

Please note that when ordering personalised shirts and shorts, these can take up to 7 workings day to process for despatch.

Customs & Duty -

Our items are shipped from within the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering the destination country including the EU from the UK. Any duty, tax, clearance or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient. We will not accept liability for any such costs.

We are unable to offer information regarding these costs due to them varying between countries with the customs authorities in the destination country and customs threshold determining if a charge should apply. Please contact the relevant customs authority of the destination country if you need any help.


Programme Delivery -

Pre-ordered programmes are mailed out no earlier than 2 working days before the game due to fresh content deadlines. This also applies to the full programme subscription. You will receive a dispatched email but please ignore this as it will be spent via a third party.

If a programme is purchased on its own then the UK delivery price is £1.50. If the programme is purchased with other shop items then the delivery price will adjust to what the standard delivery is for that location.

Pre-ordered programmes will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Please note that when purchasing a pre-ordered programme we will endeavour to ensure you receive your programme pre-game by sending out on a 24-hour delivery service, however, once the programme is in the post we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before the match day.

Single programmes are only available for delivery to the UK

Pre-Order Items -

If your order contains items that are currently on pre-order and items that are available, then your order will be held until the whole order can be dispatched. If you wish to receive the items that are available as soon as the order is placed please place two orders to split the pre-order and available items.

Personalised Gift Store Items (non-shirt printing) -

Please note that the CPFC Personalised Gift Store is managed under license by Custom Gateway. All terms and conditions of use can be found on the homepage of the gift store. Loyalty points cannot be awarded on purchases from this site.
