Reimagining a classic design that has become one of the most recognisable shirts in Palace history – the iconic sash.

First introduced in 1976, the sash returns 50 years on. This kit shows a modern twist on a South London staple. Originally used from 1973 through to 1987, the shirt sees a return of the circular club crest.

The Macron kit has sustainability at its heart and is made from Eco Fabric, a polyester material 100% derived from recycled plastic and certified by the Global Recycled Standard.

The shirt is made from Eco Sirena Light with Eco Micromesh in the back for reduced weight and to ensure a high level of breathability on the pitch.

This commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility has long characterised the production process, and is a value fully shared by the club.

Delivery to the UK
Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be picked and dispatched. Royal Mail will then aim to deliver your order within 3 working days of dispatch. Upon dispatch you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a link to the 'Royal Mail Track & Trace' service, this will provide the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within 3 working days from dispatch date, and 'Royal Mail Track & Trace' is unable to provide a helpful status of your parcel, then please get in contact with us.

Delivery outside of the UK
All orders to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Signed For. This service means a signature is required upon receiving your parcel. Delivery rates start at £12.00 (Europe) and £18.00 (ROW), the total delivery charge can be seen and calculated in the cart and checkout process.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be picked and dispatched, you should then receive your order within 10 working days for orders within Europe and 15 working days for ROW orders from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched from the store you will receive a dispatch email confirming this, which will contain a link to the Royal Mail Track & Trace service where this will show the status of your parcel. If you have not received your order within the outlined timescales above and Royal Mail Track & Trace is unable to provide a helpful status of the parcel, then please get in contact.

Delivery during busy periods
Please allow extra time for dispatch and delivery during peak seasons such as Kit Launch, Black Friday and Christmas.

Please note that orders containing personalised shirts or shorts may take up to 7 working days to be processed for despatch.

Customs & Duty
Our items are shipped from within the United Kingdom and may incur duty and other charges upon entering the destination country including the EU and the US from the UK. Any duty, tax, clearance or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient. We will not accept liability for any such costs.

Programme Delivery
Subscription and pre-ordered programmes will be shipped no earlier than 1 working day before the game.

If a programme is purchased on its own then the UK delivery price is £1.50. If the programme is purchased with other shop items then the delivery price will adjust to what the standard delivery is for that location.

Pre-ordered programmes will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Please note that when purchasing a pre-ordered programme we will endeavour to ensure you receive your programme pre-game by sending out on a 24-hour delivery service, however, once the programme is in the post we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before the match day.

Single programmes are only available for delivery to the UK

Pre-Order Items
If your order contains items that are currently on pre-order and items that are available, then your order will be held until the whole order can be dispatched. If you wish to receive the items that are available as soon as the order is placed please place two orders to split the pre-order and available items.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You may return an item for a refund or an exchange of size within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note proof of purchase is required for all refunds, returns, and exchanges.

Any items which have shirt printing or any other form of personalisation included in the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged unless the item is faulty or delivered damaged. If the item is deemed to be faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us of the fault and depending on the product, you will be instructed what to do next. A refund or exchange cannot be given if a player leaves the club or their squad number changes for any personalisation products you may have bought.

Refunds for socks or ear studs cannot be given unless they are returned in unopened packaging. We do not accept refunds on boxer shorts.

We have the right to refuse to offer a refund if we feel that the product has been mistreated or used outside of its main purpose.

Exchanging the size of your product will be subject to availability and T&Cs when we are processing your exchange. A member of the team will be in contact with you if your request cannot be fulfilled.

Please note: We do not accept refunds on gift cards.

Returning an Item

To return an item by post, please ensure all items are securely packaged and the correct postage has been paid. We recommend using a signed-for delivery service, as CPFC cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post during their return. If the items are returned in a different condition than described we have the right to deny a refund, if the incorrect postage is paid and a charge is applied for us to receive the parcel this amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Please include your invoice that arrived with the original package and instructions of how you would like to proceed (an exchange or a refund) within the returned package.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive the returned items and inspect them, if we accept the returned items a refund will be processed directly to the payment card the original order was placed with.

If you wish, you can return your item(s) in person at our store during opening hours. Where possible, we recommend avoiding matchdays, as the store may be particularly busy. Please note that although you can return your item(s) in-store, any refund must be processed back to the original payment method via our online system. Refunds cannot be issued in-store by any other means. If you choose to exchange your item and the value of the replacement is lower than the original purchase, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
