Retro 1972 Home Shirt
At the end of the 72/73 season Malcolm Allison joined the club and his first game in charge saw him give Jim Cannon his Eagles debut against Chelsea. The defender had theperfect start with a goal on his debut. When goalkeeper John Jackson missed the draw at Wolves in October of this season it was the first match he had missed since 1967, an incredible 254consecutive appearances.
