Any items which have shirt printing or any other form of personalisation, this includes player personalisation, included in the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or delivered damaged.

If the item is deemed to be faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us of the fault and depending on the product, you will be instructed what to do next. Please send an image of the product along with your order number and issue to shop@cpfc.co.uk where a member of the team will review and get back to you.

A refund or exchange cannot be given if a player leaves the club or their squad number changes for any personalisation products you may have bought.

23/24 Away Infant Kit

 

The away shirt is an eye-catching amalgamation of the club’s history and its ever-popular sash design from the 1970s, with the main colours – sky blue and white - harking back to the club’s origins from 1861.

 The sash itself is printed with the words ‘Crystal Palace Football Club Founded 1861’, in recognition of the club’s pivotal role in developing modern football, as the oldest league club in existence still playing professional football.

Returns Policy

You may return an item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

NOTE: Any items which have shirt printing or any other form of personalisation included in the product cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged unless the item is faulty or delivered damaged. If the item is deemed to be faulty you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to inform us of the fault and, depending on the product, you will be advised what to do next. A refund cannot be given if a player leaves the club or their squad number changes for any personalisation products you may have bought.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive the returned items and inspect them, if we accept the returned items a refund will be processed directly to the payment card the original order was placed with.

Any products marked as 'Online-only' can only be refunded and not exchanged.
